Pakistan has large number of freelancer in each technology field. Mostly use upwork, Fiverr,guru, Frelancer. But last two year scenario almost change. Now Pakistani work as business in freelancing. They made their own agency and earn more without giving commission to freelancing platform site. There are large contribution of freelancing in Pakistan budget. 

Government of Pakistan Register the Freelancer to End money laundering

Ministry of IT, State Bank of Pakistan and Federal board of revenue (FBR) finally make decisions to register Freelancer. There is fear of money laundering through freelancing in Government and administration. 

They want to expel this fear so they make this decision. 

The Government and financial institutions concern that after registration the Frelancer they will cut off highly number of money laundering, also they track more accurate they number of amount that comes in Pakistan by freelancing.
